Wow that's good shot of some sweet apples indeed and hey greetings again to you Siberwar, keep seeing your work more and more across the net these days, good on you!
Can't argue just how well and damn sexy you managed to make something even so simple as picking apples but gotta hand it to you for making AJ such a pleasing sight to take in, yowza!
Won't lie about how much can't stop checking out that plot but have to say honestly do love the summer feel and the warmer tones for your coloring here. Take it from a Canadian who's been having cold and nasty Fall weather to point out how amazing inviting a sunny day can look, pony or none. ^o^
Well onto your work now, jeez talk about serious detail! From every nook and corner there's so much depth to even the grass done on the ground and how you being one the few deviants to actually show some perspective than just laying down a bunch of green, well done. Even admit the adding of the background with the rolling road and hanging mountains is just a lovely sight to take in, damn where do I get skills like that? o0o
Think its about time to check out the eye candy though and again compliments to again how well your style adds to the ponies, even your Cavewoman Applebloom had to take a moment to tip a hat to something as wild as that, lol. But your really keen on the way the show handles the pony's look and feel to suiting it to your own, making that same level of softness as the body bends to even how lightly she lowers/hold the apple in her mouth, outstanding Siberwar.
Plus like the colors for the background, you don't leave anything to be left detailed whether how well you tailor to her wild and rich flowing mane, the slim and smooth look of her cowboy hat and even rounded angle of the way the cutie mark shows up, again hats off to you.
For obvious reasons I'm going to fav the hell out of this masterpiece and kudos again to passing by your work Siberwar, maybe might get as good as you one day. *crosses claws*
oh, My... you and your huge comments, I truly love it :> Thank you for you kind words and positive criticism I'm trying to improve, so I used a kind of painting style (even though I don't know how to paint) I used a square brush of the sai for it, and this is the result, this is nothing so great, I just did it simple because I wanted to use a paint style, too bad I couldn't do what I really wanted to do, at least I tried. I'll try my best in my next drawing and try to do it better than I did. Thanks again for you kind works. I very appreciated it. :>
If you don't mind me asking you Siberwar, what program did you use to draw this one?
As for your problems with not being able to do as you wish well your bound to hit that curb when your using a new program or haven't figured out the right way to utilize your tools. Just take alot of play and some patience but even as you call nothing great would certainly trade an arm to get that good as you sir, not kidding. o0o
Sure you'll do just fine there Siber, heck don't stress yourself and just remember to have fun, that's what all forms of artwork should be about. ^-^
Know how you feel with needing just to practice more for just wanting to practice more, wish you the best of luck my friend but honestly ask you how the hell can you already improve upon your own level of perfection with these ponies? ^-^
First, my ponies and especially my art is not perfect at all, that's why I feel the necessity to improve and well, I try different art process to do my stuff, I try different methods, I draw, doodle, sketch, different drawings, I draw things from life, everything in order to get better and improve and I still know that I have long way toward.
Well it seems though you have the right mind intact for what you want to stride for and I can only guess that with all your practice and efforts your surely assume the role of an artist your looking for. Whatever the case, your skills and ability to draw already show some talent and handywork so don't kick yourself down too much Siber, you definitely got some awesome drawing skills.
